Blending experience with talent and innovation, the Office of Special Events is the creative force behind many university-wide events, as well as the receptions, ceremonies and gala experiences planned on behalf of the USF Foundation.
In addition to oversight and implementation of major events from Annual Recognition Dinners and the Unstoppable Regional Campaign Events, the Office of Special Events partners with campus event planners to provide guidance in the production of high-visibility functions and to extend the presidential standard of hospitality throughout the University.
Our goal is to generate goodwill and advance relationships for the University while creating fond memories for our guests. As part of the Division of University Advancement, the Office of Special Events stages experiences in support of the university's strategic plan.
