Changing Lives, One Tile at a Time
A brilliant and hardworking woman, Ruth Unger served as president of the National Mah Jongg League for more than 50 years, expanding its focus to include philanthropy aimed at improving the health and education of women. Emulating Unger's forward-thinking mindset, her devoted sons, Larry and David Unger, established the WLP National Mah Jongg League Foundation Scholarship at the University of South Florida.
