USF Food Pantries
Overview
With the coronavirus pandemic, many of our students have jobs that have been suspended due to closures or limited hours of operation and therefore are experiencing loss of income. To assist those who cannot afford groceries, the food pantries on each of our campuses are ramping up operations in anticipation of the increased need by our students. To have food delivered to the campus pantry of your choice, please use the Amazon Wish List on the individual campus site.

Food Donations
With the continued uncertainty at this time, the need for food assistance amongst students continues to increase on our campuses. To help meet this increased demand, we are holding a donation drive of non-perishable items that are unopened, within expiration dates and dent-free. To have food delivered directly to the food pantry by Amazon, please use our Wish List.
Requested non-perishable items for USF Food Pantries*:
- Boxed/shelf-stable milk
- Canisters of oats
- Canned beans
- Canned fruit
- Canned meats (chicken, tuna, etc.)
- Canned vegetables (besides green beans)
- Cereal
- Macaroni and cheese
- Pasta sauce
- Pasta
- Peanut butter
- Personal hygiene items (toothpaste, bar soap, deodorant, etc.)
- Recycle bags
- Rice
- Sanitary supplies for employees: wipes, liquid soap, sanitizer, gloves
- Soup (preferably not condensed)
*Please ensure all items are unopened, within expiration dates and dent-free.
Drop-off Sites
On each of our campuses, there is one site set up for individuals to drop off non-perishable items Monday - Friday. There is a box at each location, which allows for no contact between those dropping off items and USF staff. Drop-off times on each campus vary and are detailed below.

Distribution
Each food pantry has established systems for distribution of food to limit contact.
USF Tampa Feed-A-Bull Pantry
Students can pick up pre-packaged bags containing a variety of food and personal hygiene products during open hours after completing an intake form when they arrive.
Hours of Operation:
Monday: 2–5 p.m.
Tuesday: 9 a.m.–Noon
Wednesday: 1–4 p.m.
Thursday: 3–6 p.m.
Friday: Closed
USF St. Petersburg Support-A-Bull Market
Students can request pre-packaged bags by completing an online form.
Hours of Operation:
Monday: 3–5 p.m.
Tuesday: 8–10 a.m. and 3–5 p.m.
Wednesday: 12:15–2:15 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m.–1 p.m. and 3–5 p.m.
Friday: 8–10 a.m.
USF Sarasota-Manatee Support-A-Bull Pantry
Students can view an inventory and complete an intake form online to indicate their item preferences from the pantry. A staff member will confirm the pantry items within 48 hours and coordinate a pick-up day and time with the student. Students then pick up their prepackaged items via curbside delivery by staff during their hours of operation.
